Reiki
Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy-based healing technique used for stress reduction, relaxation, and healing. 

It is based on the concept that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is the essence that gives us vitality. This life force is responsible for most human ailments whether physical, mental, or emotional and, it needs to be in balance in order to maintain good health. If is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stressed, and if it is high, we are more likely to be happy and healthy.

Reiki for Two

I offer special sessions for adults, children and their caregivers who are experiencing serious illnesses. During these sessions, both receivers rest next to each other, and together receive the benefit of Reiki. During these session, clients  feel a sense of mutual harmony, balance and deep relaxation. After the sessions they often report noticeable stress reduction, better communication, improvement in their eating and sleeping patterns and an overall well-being sensation. 

"My daughter S. had a wonderful day after the Reiki session with you. She was very positive, seemed calmer and was in a very happy mood, which was a joy to see. Furthermore, S's teacher reported that she has been more focused at school.
